To reserve your appointment, we take a 50% deposit at booking.
If something comes up, no worries — with at least 72 hours’ notice, we’re happy to refund or transfer that deposit to a new date.
3. After your first visit
Once you’ve joined our H+H family, your future appointments move to our regular service menu (no deposit needed).
And when you pre-book your next visit at checkout, you’ll receive 15% off that appointment as our little thank-you for coming back.
