Your first appointment deserves a little extra time and care, which is why we’ve created New Guest Packages designed just for you. These experiences include an extended consultation so we can really get to know your hair, your goals, and your lifestyle before we dive in.
here's how it works
1. Choose your New Guest Package
– New Guest Color Experience: for anyone ready for a refresh, a glow-up, or a total transformation.
– New Guest Haircut Experience: perfect for a new shape, a style update, or a confidence reset.
2. Secure your spot with a deposit
To reserve your appointment, we take a 50% deposit at booking.
If something comes up, no worries — with at least 72 hours’ notice, we’re happy to refund or transfer that deposit to a new date.
3. After your first visit
Once you’ve joined our H+H family, your future appointments move to our regular service menu (no deposit needed).
And when you pre-book your next visit at checkout, you’ll receive 15% off that appointment as our little thank-you for coming back.
